The new military jacket from Tilak MiG, the Nebba, is a packable, ultralight, thin and wind-resistant jacket insulated with breathable Polartec® Alpha® Direct and with a Pertex® Quantum Air shell. 

Polartec^® Alpha^® Direct active insulation continuously releases excess body heat before it builds to cause saturation and discomfort. It features advanced breathability, is fast drying, compressible and regulates warmth.
Pertex® Quantum Air is engineered with increased air permeability to provide a balance between wind resistance and breathability.

The jacket is an essential part of back-up equipment for light and fast activities in the cold. The lower sleeves are not insulated for greater comfort.
